I bet this is a really dumb question but if you look on pcpartpicker and go to r9 280s there is two sapphire versions that look exactly a same just a slightly different name and same price tag. Thinking this just might be a mistake on the website's part but I don't know, just want to make sure if i'm getting the right one sense I'm getting a sapphire r9 280.

yup that's the truth.

 

its probably the 2nd iteration of the card hence the 100373L becoming 100373-2L and the 2nd one is shorter in length with only 10.28" rather than 10.31"

both are basically the same card. but the newer release is probably better

the one with -2L on the end, most likely.

 

I looked really hard, and the differences seem minor, but the -2L may have some tweaks that either cut manufacturing costs, or improve performance. the length and width changes may be human error as they are so close.
