Computer wont turn on help!

Last night i was just chilling and i got this notification that one of my usb port had had a power surge. It happened to be the usb port that my headset was plugged into. My headset stopped working so i tuned off my computer to deal with it the next morning. Well today when i go to turn it on again it wont even power up. I tried switching plug outlets and unplugging my headset but nothing mad a different help !!!!!!!!!
