Android Internet Connection problem - need help!

Hello there!

I have a problem on my Android phone.

It connects to a WiFi network at my home just fine, but it doesn't want to connect to the school network. It works fine everywhere else.

This is how it all started:

One day it couldn't connect to the network and so I reentered the password (yes it is a protected network) and it still didn't work. So I thought: "hmmmm I'm just going to leave this crap and see what happens the next day. Maybe it will be solved."

I still have this problem today.

The password works just fine on my friends' phones and they are all able to connect without a problem.

I appreciate the help.

theres so many things that could go wrong on a school wifi:

- the school blocking specific types of devices

- network running out of IP addresses

- the school banning you specificly for something you did on the network

- something going wrong in the stored network settings (i have this myself every so often, just forget the network and try logging in again)

- your phone being overpowered by other devices around, and unable to stay connected. (rare case)

The only thing I see possible here is the network running out of addresses, except for the "rare case".

Do you know a solution/anything I could do to fix?

i'd start by forgetting the network (as in, remove the stored password etc.) and trying again, thats what usually works for me in this case

(my school's network is far from stabile, i have seen my fair share of derp)

I tried that about 5 times.

then i'm guessing its either an issue between your device and the network, or the admins didnt like what you were doing on the network.

when the problems started, did something change about your school? (more students, different access points, etc.)

Nothing changed, at least not that I know of and all I was doing is playing Clash of Clans and watching Youtube, just like the rest of the school.
