Keyboard Problems

Recently I shifted my Razer BlackWidow Chroma keyboard that I connected on my laptop to my new PC. Now when I stop using my keyboard for some time the keyboard stops working, but all the lights are on, the number lock indicator is on and my PC is working fine using my mouse. I have to remove my keyboard and connect it again for it to start working. Does anyone have any idea whats the problem?

yea I have. I also have the Razer Mamba so I use the Razer Synapse for that too. The Synapse installation came as soon as I connected my keyboard and mouse.

yea I have. I also have the Razer Mamba so I use the Razer Synapse for that too

Try with ur old keyboard and uninstall the driver from device manager then plug it in again it should get new ones

This is a newly built PC and this is the first Keyboard that I used, I will try to see if I am having the same problems with other keyboards.
