CPU fan error when using 2 CPU fans

My BIOS always says that there's a CPU fan error. Is it because I use 2 and they are able to run at low speeds to maintain low temperatures? They spin at 500 under low load. In the BIOS I saw that my CPU fan minimum speed was set to 600RPM and now I changed it to 400RPM, could that be the solution?
