[HELP]GPU Display Glitch

I got this glitch for 2 weeks already. I'm using a GTX 970 and I have no idea how to fix this. One day I found the driver said Kernel Mode Driver crashed something... and I looked it up but most of them don't have solution. I've tried reinstalling the driver but it seems to happen on web browser only. Idk if this is this issue comes from the monitor, driver, GPU or the windows itself. try using older drivers or updating to the latest, they're called artifacts, I could be wrong though.

 

EDIT: Have you OC'd you GPU?

No I haven't OC'd my GPU

Installed the first driver when I built my computer. It works perfect and the glitch is gone. WTH NVIDIA  <_< ?
