So I recently looked at the snapdragon 810 as its meant to HTC one (m9) and from what I can tell its 8 cores 4 being strong and the others energy saving ones and well can they all be used together for more performance and can someone explain to me how it compares and how the adreno 440 I think how that stakes up sorry that Its not desktop

It looks like a bigLITTLE implementation, so 4 Cortex A53 and 4 Cortex A57 cores.

 

On the designs in the past only 1 set of the cores could be active at any time (so you never really had 8 cores). I think they were working on making all 8 active at once but IDK if that's a thing on this SoC.

 

It's the Adreno 430, and I think the only GPU beating it right now is the K1.
