$90 Graphics Card?

Hi everyone, a friend of mine needs a $90 graphics card but I don't know what to suggest for him. Since I got help with my first build here I thought I'd come back for help! So, it's also his first build and he's on a VERY tight budget. What do you think is the best card at this price?

 

EDIT: Well, let's make it $120 then. Either new or used.

A used 270 or 270X. Though if you're really in Nairobi, I am not sure you would be able to get one for that much over there.

Don't buy new at $90, either buy used for save more. I suggest saving up.

You really need to get a used one or bump the budget up to at least like $125. Anything below that has really bad price to performance.

Although I don't think it's available to you looking at your location. My point being, don't get anything lower than a 260 or a gtx 750. If your friend can't squeeze out more than 90 on a gpu then it's probably better to just get the most powerful apu available.

Someone had suggested an R7 250X but I'm not sure about that. New or used. He wants to get one from Amazon only (it's the only way). So that's the price minus shipping + tax. That means a $90 card will cost him about $160 or more to get to his house. What about $120 then?

As said HD 7770 try with this which seems to be good.

I found the HD 7770 on Amazon for about $95 and an R9 270 for about $109. Is there any risk in buying used cards? Getting them here takes about 20 days so returning might be problematic.

i had a gtx 460 which did surprisingly well for the $60 i spent.

He should buy a motherboard that has GPU integrated. $90 GPUs are not worthed and for that you can get a better motherboard and CPU.

Used GTX 580 if you want Fermi(Can find one around like 70 bucks)

Used HD 7870(Very good card for it's price)
