a have a Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 G1 Gaming gpu and want som help whit oc and the fan speed i can't get it to run att 0% fan speed it won't go lower then 34% why? and ever one keep saying they got ther gpu oc to 1500 mhz but i can't get a stabel oc at that speed...

I believe the GBT Gaming G1 cards are locked to 30% fan minimum and the only way you could change that would be with a BIOS upgrade, which voids your warranty.

 

On the OC, try something lower than 1500 first, like 1400, and work your way up in 10-20 increments.  Your GPU may not be able to do 1500.
