i5 4690k will the h55 be enough for a mild OC

CPU-i5 4690k 4.4ghz @ 1.190V, MOBO-MSI z97 gaming 3, Cooler-hyper 212 evo, GPU- r9 290x asus directcuII (-37Mv), Storage-120gb v300(switching soon), 1tb caviar blue, CASE-Red/black h440, PSU-Antec TPC 650.

the h55 chipset was on an 1156 socket which the i5 4690k doesnt fit too

Yes but don't get it. The evo 212 is almost half as much and performs the same, add a little more money and you get an nhd14 which will blow the h55 away. Please don't bother with low end AIO's. For the money they are terrible.

The reason id rather splurge a bit more cash for the h55 is because of its similiar performance and much better looks

im putting it in a h440 case and i dont want a big ugly air cooler

Get something like the H80, then, the H55 didn't do much for my CPU and i regretted purchasing it.

If you are getting a AIO and you are putting it in your H440, get a NZXT kraken x41 or if you can afford it get a x61. They are much better than corsair coolers imo.
