Bitdefender installation error? missing txmlutil.dll

I get this error whenever I try to re-install or uninstall bitdefender, and I have to go through this process to download the newer version. How do I solve this problem?

Improper shutting down your PC or getting a virus infection could corrupt the txmlutil.dll, which could lead to DLL errors. When your txmlutil.dll file becomes corrupt, it cannot be loaded properly and will present an error message.
