Hi

After playing some games , my ping are high

So i try to power off the router wifi by pushing the power button on the back

While the modem is still on

After doing that

I turn on my router

And now i cannot connect to internet

Help

Is the router recognised, and it just won't connect?

Or is it not recognised by scanning?

How to tell if its recognized or not?

Its only say limited on my pc (ethernet cable)

And on my smartphone its still auto connect on the wifi

But cannot browse etc

You might have hard reset the modem, so it might be a company's default settings.

How do i do that?

I already tried

Turn off modem and router for 1 mnt

Turn on the modem (4 lights is on)

Then turn on the router

Still cant connect

I check the tp link

My WAN ip address and dns is 0.0.0.0
