Depends, if its an i7-5960X then probably not.

Desktop: i7-4790k, Samsung 840 EVO 250GB, Seagate Barracuda 3TB, 2xR9 290 Vapor-X's (1 working atm), Asus Z97-Pro, NZXT H440 White, 16GB G. Skill Sniper RAM, NZXT HALE V90 850W.

Laptop: Samsung Chromebook 11.6" 

Phone: 8GB Galaxy S4

Well I Was Having A Arguement With A Guy And Hes Selling His Rig.My Question Is Whoever Bought This Get Scammed

That isn't enough information.... WHAT i7? Is it on water blocks? High stable overclock? Does it still come with Win8? 

 

I need a full spec list...

 

At this point it seems like a lot, but there may be hidden reasons.

I wouldn't say scammed, but probably not worth $1500. And that windows 10 is either is unstable, or false advertising, as you shouldn't be running Win 10 at this current state imo.
