Steam Help needed

I logged i to steam a few minutes earlier and noticed a new game in my library called interstellar marines currently for download now my internet connection isn't that fast and i was hoping to download it which I will If someone can tell me that if i download will it be mine or will the licence expire after a few days or months

You'll be able to play it for free during those five days, afterwards it will be locked and you'll have to buy it in order to play it.

It's a promotional event, kind of like a demo. It's an opportunity to try it first-hand before buying, which can be nice. But as was said it's for a limited duration.
