Look at picking up an ENB to your liking, as well as immersive hud, immersive animations, and Static mesh improvement mod, or SMIM

also Climates of Tamriel adds a lot of ingame effects for weather, and better night skys.

Check out Vividian ENB, the best bang for your buck ENB in my opinion, with your setup I would use the performance version.
