I would check RAM sticks, one by one, if everything is OK then i just could think in a Mobo misconfiguration or a dead BIOS chip, look up in the MB manual for a way to restore BIOS

You want to manually set the speed in the BIOS to the rated speed on the stick. This will make it stable again (hopefully). The reason is most motherboards will auto set ram speeds to the lowest the boards supports not the actual speed. so you would want to set it to 2400Mhz. I do suggest that you take your cmos battery out of your PC and let it sit for a few minutes so that both BIOSes can go back to their defaults and then set the RAM speed and other settings and save, Hope this helps!

Its very important you understand what your doing but I'd suggest you flash the latest UEFI/BIOS using the built in flash utility. On most dual BIOS setups the board will always update both chips with any newer BIOS which is flashed. By updating your existing one your board should then reflash the broken one to the latest version too hopefully fixing it.
