Problems with GPU/Driver

Hey, I have this asus r9 290 and I noticed a major very frustrating driver problem; AMD ccc application settings seem not to work on any game. I tried driver sweeping and installing older drivers but I still have this problem. Installing older drivers seemed to fix it on my r9 270x but that is not the case now. No matter what game, my ccc settings just don't apply, making a profile for that game doesn't work either. AA, Vsync, anistropic filtering, none of them work.  I also noticed that in game settings don't work either when it comes to Anti Aliasing.

Try to make a clean install of drivers.

I have already read it but have your tried installing the new omega drivers with using driver sweeper ??
