That is the same one as in my spec. It does have a slight Brown tint to it. I don't think it would be that noticeable but SSOB disagrees

Unless you sit with your face pressed up against the window and are looking for it then maybe.

I can say from experience any brown PCB is ALWAYS noticeable. I would highly suggest you invest tthe extra 15-20 pounds and get the one with the black PCB, it will look much much nicer I guarantee it.

If it has color matching accents (red), it's a great option. Make sure the PCB is black though! Some resellers photoshop it to appear black while in reality it's brown.

BTw you can run xfire on all z series boards even the cheapest one. The reason why some are sli enabled and some not is that nvidia charges the motherboard manufacturers for the certification (it has to do with he conponents used I think.).

cool mate ty

If you end up building it make sure to post a build log in the build logs section! Always nice to see builds going fron concept to reality. Also when you're soldering\making your own led strips (cool, which I could do that!) make sure the strips are high density.

I notice you're a pretty "handy" person. If you want to take your build to the next level, grab some clear UV reactive paint, spray the parts you want to be UV reactive and install some UV lights alongside the regular white/red LED's, you can also experiment with metal plates that rereflect etc. I've see this done one time and it looked spectacular, if I can find the pictures I will post them

Just don't overdo it and make sure that you can turn the UV lights off via a switch or something. uV light in briad daylight doesn't look nice.
