770 Reference Design?

Does anyone know of any cards with the reference pcb design? I dont care about the reference 'titan shroud' because I will be water cooling and need the reference pcb design to get a waterblock.

I heard that and that PNY does also but I want a more...main brand card just be sure of the quality. If that makes any sense.
