looking to buy a GTX980 reference card any recommended brand i should by? and whats the difference of warranty of ASUS and PALIT? 

whats the recommended Processor to fit gtx 980 will i5 3.1ghz do? or amd amd kaveri a-10 7000 series?

im planning on using my old i5 2400-3.30ghz will that work? or should i go i7?
