PSU for 24/7 Use

Forum Members,

 

I need recommendations for a 450-600w power supply that is 80 plus gold or platinum certified. I would prefer it to be at least semi-modular and very reliable. This will be a business application.

Current Build: Fractal Design Define R4 Black Pearl Windowed | i5-3570K | Asus GTX 660 Top @ 1200Mhz/6524Mhz | Asus P8-Z77V |


Corsair HX750 | WD Black 500 GB | Kingston HyperX Genesis 8 GB (2x4 GB)

Does it need to be quiet? If not, then i'd recommend a newer Delta or Zippy server power supply. Bicker.de also makes some very nice reliable ones.

Otherwise go with a branded Delta. Antec has some Delta manufactured units. Seasonic is also a viable choice if it needs to be really, really quiet.

The SeaSonic G Series SSR-550RM is a good choice psu that has 80 plus gold certification and it is fully modular.
