I just need information, to know is this possible..
Is it possible to record gameplay at 40 FPS and edit it 60FPS? (To change FPS by editing)

Yes it's possible but you would need to record at  40fps when recording and then using a video editing program change the frame rate.

Will video look bad if i edit it 60 FPS, but it was record on 40 FPS

it will look like 40fps. But if you're uploading to youtube it wont end up streaming in 60fps anyway due to compression. So it will look, *Normal*

You have PMed me about this. I have explained it to you. Several times. If money is tight, I understand. You want to be able to record 60FPS gameplay, but your hardware won't permit it. That's the end of it. You cannot drop it into your program and up the framerate. What you record at is what you get. Maybe even less in some cases. 40FPS recording = 40FPS or less playback on YouTube. Render it at 60fps? The video isn't going to play back at 60FPS. It's going to be your 40FPS video with some duplicated frames. Let it be put to rest knowing that you can't upload gameplay at 60fps if you can't record gameplay at 60fps.

Record it at 40 or 50 FPS and edit it at 60
