it will look like 40fps. But if you're uploading to youtube it wont end up streaming in 60fps anyway due to compression. So it will look, *Normal*

You have PMed me about this. I have explained it to you. Several times. If money is tight, I understand. You want to be able to record 60FPS gameplay, but your hardware won't permit it. That's the end of it. You cannot drop it into your program and up the framerate. What you record at is what you get. Maybe even less in some cases. 40FPS recording = 40FPS or less playback on YouTube. Render it at 60fps? The video isn't going to play back at 60FPS. It's going to be your 40FPS video with some duplicated frames. Let it be put to rest knowing that you can't upload gameplay at 60fps if you can't record gameplay at 60fps.

Then how some youtubers edit videos at 60 FPS?

 

Record it at 40 or 50 FPS and edit it at 60
