Wierd gpu usage spikes....

So i just got my r9 290x tri x 4 days ago, but it keeps acting wierd.

 

when i play csgo it keeps spiking up to 90-100%

from 40 %

 

and thats with these settings : http://i.imgur.com/DztJ5Um.png?1

 

i dont really know whats going on :S - i get fps drops once in a while too.

 

and i didnt have any problems like that with my 660 ti
