I restarted my computer and it says fatal error c000000 something and installing update 4302 or 1800000 but it sticks there and never does anything.  I restarted my computer because steam stopped working right and it started doing that.

I can help with programming and hardware.

Try to get into your bios and run into safe mode, try booting up that way. Also, if that fails try running Windows start up repair, I believe you get there by hitting f8, but I'm not positive.
