Windows update stuck

Go to solution Solved by Navalstarkiller,

Open up CMD as admin and run this command "net stop wuauserv" this will stop the windows updating service and then go to "C:\windows\softwaredistribution\download" form there highlight and delete the contents of that folder this will basically clear all the temp files from the updates that got stuck. Then run the command "net start wuauserv" to restart the windows updating service. After that just run the updates again but may I suggest to to them in smaller increments so this doesn't happen again?

Are you on a restart and update? or still in the OS?

No its just an update for the OS
