Gaming PC 1000-1500$

What would you suggest. I got a max budget of 1500$ but would prefer to spend less if possible. 

I want the best bang for the buck, no brand preferences, but also no compromises on quality. 

I want a computer that lasts.

I will be gaming on a 1080p monitor with possible upgrade to a 1440 one in the future,

I want to run games like Skyrim, Battlefield 4,FarCry 4, Dying Light High to ultra graphics with at least 30 fps.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions ant tips you may have.

You could buy a 980. Which would drive price up to 1499. But then you would have no money for Windows.

Well with that money a gtx 980 with a i5 4690k, SSD and 8gb or more gigs of ram.

But a part list... I am at school now on mobile
