All I can say and do is LOL!

I assume you can't get into the BIOS, so either spam the correct right after powering up or see if there is a utility made for you mob that will allow to adjust while loaded into windows.

There are two features to my MOBO that I love, despite many people reefing on it and it being old. 1 being windows based BIOS control via prgram, and 2 a "boot into bios" switch.

Okay so I turned fast boot on and now I can't turn it off because everything is so fast. Please help!

Assuming you have Windows 8. Boot into windows, charms menu (windows logo c), settings, change pc settings, update and recovery, recovery, Advanced startup(restart now), troubleshoot, advanced options, uefi firmware settings, restart. From there you can turn of fast boot, although, if your motherboard company has a software such as MSI's fast boot software that lets you use the software to boot into your uefi, you don't need to turn it off. Generally, if you get your uefi setup the way you wanted and your overclock done, I'd recommend leaving fast boot on since you'll be able to cut about 10s off your boot time.
