EXTREMELY URGENT HELP NEEDED!

So I deleted my partition of ubuntu on my laptop and extended my windows partition into one big volume. I restart and appear to this screen (posted below). CAN ANYONE WHO SPEACILIZES IN LINUX PLEASE HELP ME! Im kind of scared that I messed up something . I want to make this go away for ever so I dont see it everytime I boot.

Like @WinNut said, use a recovery disk to repair the windows files.

You have to have a Windows Installer,whether it's CD or a Flash Drive.

 

Plug in and run Repair Your Computer,Go to Command Prompt,and type bootrec/fixmbr 

 

I'm not sure about this,I googled from Ubuntu Forum.
