Build a Dual Processor Workstation

Hi,

 

Me and my brother are planning to have a new workstation in our home. He works on AutoCAD and SolidWorks. I do some video editing on the same workstation. I am Planning to have a dual CPU board. I want to know which mother board can be used and also the processor. I was advised to have Intel Xeon E5 2600 v3 processors.
