My kid got Starmade a few days ago.  There's an incredible amount of screen tearing.

I've been looking for v-sync settings, but I'm not seeing it in the settings window (seems to be accessible only before launching the game) or via web search.

For any one else that plays this game, do you have any recommendations?

I don't have the game, but is there an fps cap option?

If there's no way to enable a sort of v-sync, might as well just lock it down?

EDIT: Also, i think you're one of the only ones on the forum who has a kid!

Probably not.  Does that entail making adjustments via the Control Panel?

What gpu are you using?

If amd you right click at desktop and go to catalyst control center -> gaming -> 3d app settings -> wait for vertical refresh -> force.

In case of nvidia I dont know
