The only thing I can think of that would have an issue is Pump and Reservoir mounting so you might have to get a bit creative with that.

 

For the rads, a 280mm in the front with a thickness of 30mm. And if you want, I am sure you can fit a 120mm in the rear

I'd recommend going that route as well, except a 140mm in the rear instead of a 120mm.

 

For mounting the pump and reservoir, that's where UN Z2 and Z3 brackets come in handy.

Is it ok to use single rad for both GPU and processor?

Its not great, but it'll work. I wouldn't attempt to go for crazy over clocks.
