You can put the 280 in the top without removing the ODD bays.

 

From their Radiator Compatibility Chart:

Length of radiator restricted to 322mm with the ODD cage still in place.

Thanks but ì want to keep the top closed for it to be quite as possible

Is your PSU short enough for you to slide the HDD into it's rear position? I don't think you can hang the small HDD cage without modding (or having it look a little janky) because it's not designed to accept the posts that the other 2 cages use.  However, since mounting holes for the HDD cage line up with fan screw holes, you may be able to hang the cage upside-down after you remove the ODD bay + tray. No guarantees because Fractal uses offset fan placements at the top. But the grill has enough holes that you could probably jerry-rig it.

thanks man i think ill just mod the cages to fit in the top, i have an aluminum welder.
