Software to use personal VPN

I got a personal VPN that uses this: IPSec Xauth PSK It locks into my network at home. This also allows me to use the printer at home. 

 

It works, but for some reason not at my school, when I use the software build into Windows. (add Workspace, VPN....) Is there a software that will allow me to use this at my school. The server wouldn't block https.

I use Private Internet Access. I can access it from anywhere.

Just use the OpenVPN client, much better than windows built in. It could be possible that your school is blocking vpn access. I had this problem with the default on OS X and using a dedicated client fixed it.
