It is car stereo trying to be fan controller :D

Those appear to be 5.25" bay (front panel) fan controllers/etc.

 

More like 3.5'' since its clearly fitted on HDD cage. Sorry, had to correct ;D

I was going to guess "modded case", since those things are all made for 5.25" bays... They're clearly a lot larger than a 3.5" HDD (actually, they look like they might be approximately 1.75" wider than a 3.5" HDD, but that could just be an optical illusion).

i7 not perfectly stable at 4.4.. #firstworldproblems
