Overclocking CPU while having a raid boot drive... Help?

So I know how to over clock. you ramp the core voltage and ratio up steadily til it's stable for 24~Hours. Anyways, I'm getting a better powersupply and I want to get back into overlocking my CPU...The only issue is I have a RAID 0 Boot Drive. As far as resetting the cmos, I'm pretty sure that will basically screw up the raid drive right?

I have a few games and some sensitive data on my boot drive so my two questions are:

Will I lose data if I need to clear cmos to fix a blue screen on boot?

or

Will I just have to re-enable the raid mode on the bios, and set the raid0 as the main boot drive?

From what I've read online from this site-> http://www.overclock.net/t/595218/will-a-cmos-clear-mess-up-my-raid-0-configPeople seem to be saying the second option will happen. I don't want to lose any information on my boot drive..........

My raid0 is a very reliable 2x 850 Evo 250GB SSDs from Samsung. Don't think they're going to fail for a long time. Just scared of losing the data on them because of cmos clearing

Second option. Happened to my cousin once. NOTE: That was with a 6300 AM3+ mobo though

The motherboard I'm using is a pretty robust "tweakers" Motherboard. So I'm sure it will probably be fine. Just in case something does go bad, I'm going to make a bootable windows USB stick and have a copy of my code ready lol.
