Help topic:member title missing?

Hello everyone, i was curious as to if i'm the only one with the option to change their member title? iv'e searched for a guide on the forums and only came up with this: http://linustechtips.com/main/index.php?app=core&module=help&do=01&HID=2&hl=Member%20Title

When you get over 500 posts then you permitted to change your title as long as it isnt dirty or rude.

Current daily OC is 4.8 @1.41 v
