I was on my computer, with only google chrome running, and suddenly the screen went blue and said in white letters that my pc had encountered a problem, and needed to restart. It then automatically restarted. It said the error code was DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (cfosspeed.sys). What does this mean? It looks like there was an error in cfosspeed.sys, but I don't know what happened. This just occurred randomly, and only happened once before, but it didn't occur again, so I thought it was fine. Apparently though, I was wrong. Does anyone know what happened, and how to fix it?

A driver tried to access an address that is pageable or that is completely invalid while the IRQL was too high

This bug check is usually caused by drivers that have used improper addresses

Thanks! I will try the steps, and tell you if it worked. Of course, I probably won't know if it really worked until months from now.
