Audio newb looking for DAC

Im getting a buzzing noise from my speakers and after some checking have found it to be the cause of the on board audio and am now looking for a DAC

Im not a big headphone user so it will be primarily used with speakers.

 

I have no knowledge of DAC's and i have looked at the most asked question thread already but i would like to know what are some good DAC's for entry level use and at an affordable price of no more than $150 NZD (if possible).
