y lately has it been stopping half way through a vid and not buffering i have 35 down so it must be the site is anyone else noticing this

Over the past week or so youtube has also been a little flaky for me now and then even with an NBN 100Mbps Down 40Up connection

There are some rumors that google is struggling with the servers that support youtube.

Open CMD and type the following:

netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name="MITCHRIBARYTUBE" dir=in action=block remoteip=173.194.55.0/24,206.111.0.0/16 enable=yes

 

It blocks out an IP range that Youtube uses to throttle CDN with. Fixed some of my Youtube problems, so I guess it's worth a try :)

If it doesn't, you can delete the rule again with:

netsh advfirewall firewall delete rule name="MITCHRIBARYTUBE"

Yes , google has changed the way they look at your pc , i belive they now use iP+(clones) mac Nubmber... so it won't have any difference probably haven't tried it out cause i don't need to ( yt is already fasy nuff for me)

I can't say I've had this problem but I live in the UK so I'm not sure I would be relevant.
