Hello,

I just installed my new SSD!

I have all of my games on a HDD as well as my old install of windows 7.

What is the best way of remove the os and leaving the game files so I don't need to re install them all.

Thanks

First off, IT crowd, best show.

Second, just install the OS to the SSD, install steam, then go to Steam>Settings>Downloads>Steam Library Folders, browse through until you find the steam library, and set it as that.

Create a new partition, dump all your games there, wipe partition with old Windows install, install Windows on SSD.

I don't have room to create a partitions, I have an os mixed with 400gb of games on a 500gb HDD.

Done but I want to remove the os files from the hdd so I can install games.
