Hey so this is the build I'm planning on putting together what's your thoughts?

Change the CPU-cooler to a H100i and do you plan to do SLI in the future, if not change the PSU to a lower wattage model(500W-600W).

I would upgrade the cpu cooler but i do not have the money right now. I do plan on running SLI in the later future.  and thank you

The H100i is cheaper than the H80i, I don't know why but it is.

You could change the SSD to a 840 non-pro and downgrade that 3TB HDD to a 2TB one to fit a better graphicscard.

ok so i downgraded the ssd to the non-pro and one less TB on the hard drive;so now i can afford a better gpu.

Yes the ones I picked have lower latencies than the RAM you picked.

I checked and the ones I picked have better specs.(I assumed you had picked a Ram-kit with CAS9 latencies but it was with CAS10)

(choose your mobo because I am tied on the one I would say you should get)

Okay I changed one thing, I got 8 gbs of RAM, removed the SSD and the Xigmatek Dark Knight because 1. It's cheaper 2. The Darkknight will cool it just as good as any 70- Water cooler. 3. You can upgrade to 16gb anytime. 3. The SSD you can get later. 4. THE 780 is A FREAKING BEAST. I highly recommend getting the 780, benchmarks have been showing it's literally almost as good as a Titan and way cheaper. We have been seeing 20-30+ frames better than the 760 and 770. You can always add an SSD later as well as a water cooler and don't skimp out on the case too much. The RAM chose is because 8gb is all you need. I seriously would say go 780 while you can right now.
