Gigabyte Vbios update

I have this version of the GTX 970 ( the OC one, and the not the G1 gaming), and my current bios is F2, and the new bios update is F51, but it's not letting me update with that bios version. All it says about this from the Gigabyte wesbite is this:Flash%20rules%202.png

it doesn't say anything about F51

Also do i need to plug in my DVI card, since this a dual bios card?
