I just overclocked my i7 4790k to 4.7Ghz@1.256 volts aka i changed the multiplier to 47(47x100) but in cpu-z,whenever i do %100 cpu tests, my multiplier drops to like 45 which changes the overclock to 4.5Ghz..So whats going on here? my temps are amazing sitting around 61-70 degrees and tests show no throttling but is it? if so how do i fix it?
