Pc won't power up

So my computer has been shutting off for about 8 or so hours. I've been monitoring the temps and everything seems fine. Finally it turned off and won't turn back on. All the lights are on. The Motherboard lights and the gpu light, but when i press power the led lights up for a second and it turns off. No display no nothing. I have no idea. Someone please. Help.

Post all of your specs.

 

Turn off your power supply with the button at the back, if none exists unplug it. Press the power button for 5 seconds to drain residual power. Now unplug your devices, and plug them back in, one at a time and take your time if you're inexperienced. Now turn your power supply back on/plug it back in then power on. See if anything changes.
