Help installing rainmeter skins?

Hey guys every time i install these two rain-meter skins:

http://rainmeterhub.com/skins/mini-steam-launcher/ 

i refresh rain meter and nothing happens, how do i install them??

Never really used Rainmeter, when I did I had some trouble with skins, so I'd also like to know.

The file with .rmskin extension, you just double click it in order to install it

If it comes with .rar and .zip archive, extract that folder into the Rainmeter skin folder in the My Documents (I believe)

There is a subreddit dedicated to rainmeter with tutorial in there http://www.reddit.com/r/Rainmeter/ I would recommend checking it out.

I have rainmeter and it is awesome but I installed it a while ago and I forgot how to install skins but everything that you need or tutorial is in the subreddit.
