I think it would be cheaper to get a 120 GB SSD and then a 1 TB drive instead of a 500 GB SSD to hold everything. Otherwise, it looks very good!

Side note: All brands of mobos can fit in any case as long as it fits inside. An ATX board fits in XL-ATX, E-ATX, and ATX cases. M-ATX boards fits into XL-ATX, E-ATX, ATX, and M-ATX cases. And you get my point...

Any mITX motherboard should fit in the Hadron case.

 

I believe the Hadron only has clearance for cpu coolers up to 140mm tall. The be quiet! Pure Rock is 155mm tall.

 

Mostly due to the very small psu fan, the Hadron is far from a quiet case.

 

I believe this would be a quieter system.
