I've done some OC with it and honestly BIOS isn't any different than any other UEFI. Only thing I had to use Google to find was LLC. Speaking of which, that board doesn't keep voltages stable very well. You will see about 0.02V change from what you have set.

 

But to your problem. You have it stock still or have you changed something? What does it read in CPU-Z? It could be just Turbo. BIOS will read the normal multiplier and you will still see higher clocks under load.
