gtx 970 2K?

Hi, so I am planning on building my first ever gaming PC with: asrock fatak1ty Z87, a i5-4960,crucial 4*2gb cl9 ram, be quiet! 530w pure power, sharkoon t9 value t9 (case),scythe mugen 4, 1tb HDD, 250gb ssd, and finally a gtx 970. Can I get high fps on triple a titles on Max settings? Or are their any things "bad" about my build?

xeon 1231 v3, H97 mobo, cheapest 8GB RAM you can find, cheapest good 500ish Watt PSU (bequiet, xfx, corsair), use the stock cooler or a cheap aftermarket one like the CM Hyper TX4 bcuz you can't OC anyway, a gtx 970 from gigabyte (3X Windforce or Gaming G1 are both good options). Should be ~ the same price.

How the hell can he run the same part with more vram usage? Hell that game won't even use 3gb for me. Probably a steaming pile of horse crap. Just another person jumping on the OMG VRAM IS SLIGHTLY SLOWER bandwagon. It really makes no difference.

dying light uses 3.6gb of vram at 1440p for me, i use a r9 290.
