So, I have been tinkering with Sony Vegas a bit since I do Youtube. I have a 780TI and I7-4790k. It takes almost 2 hours for me to render 20 minute video's in 1080P 60FPS. I was wondering if I used CUDA or OpenCl instead of CPU rendering, would I get faster render times? Also I am wondering is OpenCl even supported on my 780TI since when in Sony Vegas it says CUDA available, but nothing about OpenCl. I am sorry if these are stupid questions, I don't know much about CUDA or OpenCl and I am looking to speed up my rendering times.

Thanks for the help!

Most programs prefer the CUDA platform as its been heavily developed.

I believe Sony Vegas is one of few programs that actually has better OpenCL performance than CUDA.

YEEEEES, use cuda... It will render 20min 1080p60 in like 15mins

Thanks for the info guys!
