Right now, my Intel Core i7-4790k is cooled by the stock cooler, but when I play, it gets very hot (72 degrees celsius). I'm considering upgrading to the corsair hydro h100i, but when I remove the stock cooler will there be thermal paste left on the cpu? if yes, do I need to remove it first, and with what do I do so?

Is there some sort of specific alcohol I should use/avoid? Is the pre applied paste good enough, or should I buy some other paste?
